材料:
馬沙拉茶葉 2茶匙
薑片 3-4 塊
牛奶 300毫升
水 500毫升
1) 薑片切片與馬沙拉茶葉及水煮至滾起, 轉中火泡15分鐘,倒入杯中。
2) 牛奶煮至起煙,用小型拂打器打出泡沫。
3) 將牛奶注入杯中,加上泡沫趁熱享用。

Fresh ginger 3-4 slices
Milk 300ml
1) Bring marsala tea leaves with ginger slices and water to boil and turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into glass.
2) Bring milk to boil, then use the mini blender and whip until bubbles.
3) Pour milk into a glass and drop the milk bubbles on top. Serve immediately.
